for Icelandair
Icelandair is Iceland's national carrier and specializes in attractive options for transatlantic flights between metropolitan areas in Europe and the United States.
In 2008, the airline launched a brand new uniform program and chose Olino to handle the solution.
Olino is responsible for manufacturing the garments, handling stock, supply chain management, and provide uniform services such as alterations and the employee entitlement system.
Icelandair is part of the Icelandair Group also consisting of IGS, Icelandair Cargo and Air Iceland, all dressed in Olino uniforms.

To create the look of their new uniforms, Icelandair hired the award-winning Icelandic designer Steinunn.
Her hand-drawn sketches and art direction combined with our experience in developing uniforms created the prototypes for the new uniform look.
The result instantly became a signature look for Icelandair: a feminine jacket in retro style combined with ruffled details on blouses and dresses.
Regular updates keep the uniform look appealing and up-to-date.
Unique and customized
cabin crew and cockpit collection
We supply some 1,500 Icelandair pilots and cabin crew members with a complete, unique and customized uniform program.
When we receive an order, we perform the required alterations and deliver the uniform directly to the wearer.
Our cabin crew collection includes jackets, skirts and dresses, trousers, waistcoats, cabin shirts, aprons, braid badges, poncho coats, ruffle ties, belts and wings.
Our pilot's collection covers jackets, trousers, caps, pilot shirts, scarfs and coats, epaulettes, ties, belts and wings.
